Integrity (Honesty) Assessments
Integrity assessments are used in the pre-employment phase only to allow the employer to get a "peek" at the character of the applicant. They should be used in conjuntion with a job-fit assessment like the Profile XT Assessment. It is also recommended that a background check on the applicant be accomplished as well before a job offer is tendered. We offer two integrity assessments.

Step One Survey II is a scientifically designed assessment tool that evaluates job applicants for integrity, substance abuse, reliability, and work ethic. Questions misuse of computer, Internet and confidential information. The SOS II empowers you with a structured system to objectively obtain better information, identify the best candidates, and conduct better interviews. Can be used for all employees including executives, management and staff. Provides interview questions as well as identifies inconsistent repsponses, termination, evasive answers and theft.
