This is a hands-on seminar. It provides an outstanding model for 360° feedback for managers. All curriculum is directly transferable back to the job. All material is researched-based, validated, reliable and field-tested. Participants experience theory and group interaction in all segments of the seminar. It teaches the behavioral practices necessary to succeed as leaders and managers of other people. It is best taken as a five-day seminar because of the small group activities that are involved and the peer feedback session that is accomplished. However, it can be accomplished in five, one-day increments.
All participants will be required to complete a set of self-assessments prior to the seminar. Each participant will also be required to have three direct reports/peers/or supervisor complete assessments on him or her. This is pre-work which must be completed prior to starting the seminar.
Seminar Dates: February 8-13, 2009 - Knoxville, TN
Early Bird Registration: Register by December 22, 2008 - $6500.00 Paid at Registration Time.
Registration Deadline: January 9, 2009 - Paid Registration.
Price includes four lunches and all breaks, ProfileXT Total-Person assessment, 360-degree assessment and 360 SkillBuilder and a DISC Profile assessment. Seminar will be held within a 2-hour drive of Knoxville. Participants will be required to remain at seminar location throughout the seminar. Seminar begins at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 28th and end at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 3rd.
Additionally, there will be three one-day seminars in each quarter following the Models Seminar.
